Introduction At Align Health Collective, we are dedicated to providing high-quality physiotherapy, podiatry, and exercise physiology services. As a health service provider, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Refunds for Services

  • No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services and the individual variability in response to treatment, we cannot guarantee specific results. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any services provided.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management. Such requests must be made in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee being charged.

3. Prepaid Packages and Sessions

  • Unused Sessions: For prepaid packages or multiple session purchases, any unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the request is made within 30 days of purchase. This does not apply to sessions already attended.
  • Package Expiry: Prepaid packages have an expiry date, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over past the expiry date.
  • No Refund for Expired Packages: Prepaid packages that are not used within their specified time limits will not be refunded.
