Andrew Papathanassiou is an experienced physiotherapist who helps his patients achieve their health, fitness, and rehabilitation goals. He began his career as an Allied Health Assistant before pursuing his Masters of Physiotherapy Degree. Andrew’s passion for sports and exercise, combined with his desire to help others, led him to become a physiotherapist. Initially, he aspired to work as a Sports Physiotherapist for the Collingwood Football Club.
Since graduating, Andrew has gained experience in a wide range of physiotherapy areas, including private practice, hospitals, and community and home visits. He finds it highly rewarding to watch people improve their performance and reduce their pain through regular exercise and rehabilitation. Andrew’s patients appreciate his empathy, knowledge, and ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
On a personal level, Andrew enjoys challenging himself at the gym, taking his dog for walks along the beach, and watching football and soccer. He also has a passion for learning, including reading books and exploring different languages. Andrew loves to discover new places and enjoys everything that Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula have to offer.
