Physiotherapist
Cameron Siandri
Cameron graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from James Cook University, Townsville. Since graduating, Cameron has worked within private practise in Airlie Beach and London, where he treated a range of clientele and injuries.
Cameron is currently our Clinical Director and oversees the treatment protocols, ethics and plans across Align Health Collective. He has quickly risen and adapted since started with us in early 2020.
Cameron has experience in the prescription of individualised and evidence based exercise plans to facilitate improvement within his clientele. He has a keen interest in shoulder pain, lower limb tendinopathy and inflammatory conditions.
Outside of work, Cameron is a keen runner and swimmer, and enjoys watching his beloved Manchester United.

Physiotherapist
Nicholas Hadzidimitriou
Nicholas graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours).
Nicholas has an extensive sporting background, especially having played football for a number of years in the NPL. This experience has enabled him to understand sports injuries and determine the optimal pathway for patients to return to sport in a safe and timely manner.
These days Nicholas spends his time as a physiotherapist for various football entities including Football Victoria, and previously South Melbourne FC.
In his spare time Nicholas enjoys lifting weights, hanging out with friends and spending time with his German Shepard Arnie.

Physiothearpist
James Hall
James completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Anatomy and Physiology at the University of Sydney and worked as a researcher in behavioural neurosciences before moving to Melbourne to study Physiotherapy. James graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy (Extended Masters) from the University of Melbourne in 2019.
Since graduation, James has worked in both regional and metropolitan Victoria with people with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory disorders and older adults with multiple acute and chronic conditions.
James currently works with people with musculoskeletal, sporting, orthopaedic, pain and neurological conditions with interests in acute and long-term injury rehabilitation.
James has previously worked in fitness, strength, and conditioning and has an interest in gymnastics and circus arts, Rugby Union and Cricket.

Physiotherapist
Anna Kelly
Anna graduated from Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice.
In addition to her Physiotherapy degree Anna has also completed her Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Course, Certificate III and IV in fitness, Certificate in whole body massage and Level 2 Intermediate Recreational Running course.
An athlete and runner herself Anna has a great passion for running related injuries and assisting individuals in returning back to training and competition no matter what level that may be. She also has previous experience working with a number of football teams in the VFLW and VAFA leagues, Netball Victoria and Caulfield Grammar Athletics and Cross Country Squads.
Anna has competed for Australia in running on multiple occasions, namely the World Cross Country Championships in Uganda and World University Games in Switzerland.

Physiotherapist
Hayden Wishart
Hayden graduated from Charles Sturt University in Albury, NSW with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has also completed a Bachelor of Health and Rehabilitation Science and a Diploma of Exercise studies through CSU prior to completing his Physiotherapy degree.
Hayden has a keen interest in assessing and treating sports and running injuries by using individualised exercise programs, with the goal to assist clients in returning to their previous level of function following injury. After clinical placement experience, Hayden has also developed an interest in providing pre and post operative rehabilitation to patients having or considering surgery. Hayden enjoys working with all people to enable clients to achieve goals that are important to them.
Hayden is from Holbrook, a small rural town in Southern NSW near Albury. He enjoys a range of sports, most notably AFL and cricket. Hayden likes to keep active himself through running, resistance training and walking his dog.

Physiotherapist
Dianna Filippelli
Dianna is a versatile and dynamic physiotherapist who has brought thirteen years of experience to the field of physiotherapy practicing in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario in 2008. Prior to this she completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Exercise Science) in 2006 at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Dianna has acquired a diverse clinical background in the areas of occupational injuries, acute care, chronic pain, sports injuries, and vestibular disorders.
Dianna has completed over sixteen professional development courses that encompass a range of topics which include lumbopelvic dysfunction, shoulder dysfunction, post-surgical management, dry needling, clinical Pilates and therapeutic yoga. She believes in delivering a high level of patient-centered care, by collaborating with the patient to ensure that their needs and goals remain at the forefront of her evidenced-based practice.

Podiatrist
Chalerm Tuantab
Chalerm first started the clinics back in 2016. Since then, there have now been 2 further clinics established, and a larger array of services on offer. Chalerm is a trained Podiatrist who treats any hip, knee, foot or ankle pathologies.
In 2018 Chalerm was finalist for Podiatrist of the year and semi finalist for young Victorian of the year. In 2019, Chalerm was awarded Podiatry service provider of Australasia, and finalist for Allied Health Management award. In 2020, Chalerm then won Young Victorian of the Year - Small Business. Along with the clinics, Chalerm has been the President for Not for Profit Organisation Footscape, that provides health services to the disadvantaged.
Chalerm has vast experience in sporting injuries being head of medical for numerous National Premier League clubs such as South Melbourne FC, Heidelberg FC and Bentleigh FC.
Outside of the clinic, you will see Chalerm enjoying any type of sport, on his boat and he is now studying Law!

Podiatrist
Rhys Floro
Rhys graduated from La Trobe University in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Podiatric Practice. Rhys had a sound knowledge of assessing, diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal injuries, providing clients with their specific rehabilitation programs to return from injury sooner. Rhys takes a holistic approach when treating all his clients and is passionate about achieving the best clinical outcomes so quality of life can be maintained or improved.
Rhys is also a certified personal trainer and specializes in rehab/prehab and functional training. Having in depth knowledge of human movement and biomechanics allows Rhys to create the best possible treatment outcome for his clients through developing strengthening and mobility programs.

Podiatrist
Tim Crilly
Tim is one of our superstar staff members and Podiatrists. Tim joined the team in 2016 and has been a pillar to our clinic in Oakleigh. Originally Tim is from Holbrook in NSW and completed his degree at Charles Sturt University.
Tim is a well rounded Podiatrist that excels in treatment of ingrown nails, sporting injuries, general care and neurovasular/diabetic assessments. There is no doubt that you will leave the consult with a smile on your face after a good chat with Tim.
Outside of the clinic you will see Tim supporting his childhood team , Collingwood FC. Tim is also a big foodie and more than handy in the Kitchen!

Podiatrist
Tony Thai
Tony is latest Podiatrist in our Brisbane clinic, and comes with a wealth of experience and local knowledge.
Tony graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2017 with a Bachelor of Podiatry. Tony enjoys all aspects of podiatry including musculoskeletal injuries, ingrown toenails and general care. Tony puts an emphasis on identifying the root cause of the issue and developing individualised treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for his patients. Tony has worked across the Sunshine Coast for a private clinic for the last few years.
In his spare time Tony enjoys fishing and is a follower of many sports including basketball and tennis .

Podiatrist
Mitch White
Mitch has been a Podiatrist with us since 2017, and has a keen interest in all types of Podiatry including, sporting injuries, general care, ingrown toenails and rehabilitation. Since graduating from La Trobe University, Mitch worked across the south eastern suburbs before joining us.
Along with being a podiatrist with us, Mitch is a fully qualified and full time fire fighter. Outside of work and the clinic, Mitch is a basketball fan.

Podiatrist
Kate Monks
Kate has recently joined the MSPPC team after moving to Melbourne from Adelaide, South Australia. She graduated from the University of South Australia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Podiatry. She has since been working in Adelaide across multiple different clinics including private practice, medical centres, working with children with disabilities and was involved in Paralympics Australia/SA Para athletics.
Kate has an interest in all aspect of Podiatry with a keen interest in biomechanics and providing high-level care to a variety of sport and paediatric patients. She is
always working to the best of her ability to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
Outside of work Kate is very active and competes as a triathlete and plays netball. She was also previously involved in the Pro-Athletic competitions including completing in the Stawell Gift and Bay Sheffield competitions. Having had multiple injuries herself, Kate is familiar with the rehabilitation process and importance of building strength and conditioning to prevent reoccurrence.

Exercise Sports Scientist
Chris Couesnon
Having been in the Allied Health industry for over five years, Chris has experienced a range of programs and training methods. With this experience and growing knowledge, he has mastered being a strength and conditioning coach and has worked his way up the ladder to be a qualified sports scientist.
He graduated from the Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science through the Australian Catholic University in 2019, and will soon move into a Masters of Exercise Physiology which focuses on the most effective movements for specific complex cases. Additionally, he is always involved in personal development programs to further his understanding of biomechanics and physiology of the human body. This has eventually built his ability to ensure that he is constantly striving for the best possible client outcomes through scientifically backed practices.
His main areas of expertise are in end stage rehabilitation, return-to-sport rehabilitation, sport specific strength and conditioning and general fitness. Chris also takes pride in his past and current sporting endeavours which involve playing semi-professional football and training at Crystal Palace in England.

Admin and Office Co ordinator
Maddi Floro
Maddi joined the team after over five years spent in the customer service industry. With this experience she has gained a wealth of knowledge in communication, organisation and the ability to display professionalism whilst also showing her bright, bubbly personality as you walk in the door!
Maddi also completed her diploma of beauty therapy back in 2015 making her no stranger to valuing the wellbeing of others and supporting the wellness of her community.
Maddi is also our office coordinator who works closely alongside our superstar administration team as well as the practitioners to assist in the Align Health Collective journey. She has since grown and developed into this role after starting with us back in late 2020.
Outside of the clinic Maddi shares interest in health and fitness as an avid netball player and participating in the occasional fun run. She also spends majority of her time with friends and family as well as her British bulldog, Stanley.

Emily-Rose Blake
Emily recently joined the Align team full-time at our Oakleigh clinic. Emily made the switch to administration after six years in the retail industry, where she built her customer service, leadership interpersonal skills. Combining her sports background and organisational skills led Emily to Align Health Collective and she hasn’t looked back since!
Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Deakin in 2020 and is currently studying her Masters of High Performance Sport online with ACU. She has a keen interest in sports analytics and will happily talk to anyone and everyone about footy. Through her Masters, Emily has been completing an internship at the Essendon Football Club.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys supporting her beloved Carlton FC, spending time with friends and family and hanging out with her dog Monty

Admin
Dilara Tanyolacar
Dilara has completed her Bachelor of Health Science at La Trobe University in 2021. She majored in Human Anatomy and Physiology where she gained valuable knowledge about the body, including the diagnosis and treatment of certain conditions. Additionally, how to provide effective care within the health care industry.
Before moving to Melbourne, during her youth Dilara played soccer for both the Shepparton Junior Soccer Association (SJSA) and the Shepparton South Soccer Club. She happily represented her club for almost 5 years.
Dilara is known for her calming nature and willingness to help others. During her spare time she loves going on adventures, spending time with friends/family, watching reality TV and fashion. She is also guilty of listening to music almost always.

Chloe Trace
Chloe is our superstar Admin at the Indooroopilly clinic. She came to us after four years in commercial gym and boutique studio administration. Chloe is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the Queensland University of Technology, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic pain.
Chloe is also a qualified pilates instructor across both mat and reformer, having taught group classes for the past three years. Being no stranger to injury, Chloe is well versed in the rehabilitation process and enjoys the inter-disciplinary collaboration between pilates and physiotherapy.
Outside of the clinic Chloe enjoys spending time underwater as a recreational scuba and free diver. She also enjoys time spent with her friends and partner, as well as her English Staffy, Storm.

Admin
Akiva Stathopolous
Akiva is part of the Admin Staff, working casually across three of the clinics. She is currently studying a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Arts at La Trobe University, majoring in medical science and Chinese Studies. Having various injuries and rheumatoid arthritis, Akiva is eager to learn more about the musculoskeletal system and human biomechanics to assist others in rehabilitation and developing strength and mobility.
Akiva has a varied sporting background, partaking in a range of sports including Muay-Thai, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, fencing, basketball, dancing, and rowing.
Outside of work, Akiva enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Mango and Tango, going out with friends and going on holidays with her family to Bali.

Alex Platt
Alex is a part of the casual admin team, you’ll often see her face across all three Melbourne clinics. Alex was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to Melbourne to pursue a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. Her background in dance inspired her fascination with human anatomy and movement. She loves to chat with anyone and everyone about exercise and injury to further her knowledge.
Outside of uni and work, Alex can be found weight training in the gym, experimenting with plant-based recipes and visiting her family and two dogs in Torquay

Admin
Gab Leo
Gab is part of the admin team. She works casually at the Melbourne clinics.
Gab is studying her to be a Radiation Therapist at RMIT University. She has a great passion for helping and caring for others and hopes this reflects in her work.
Gab was previously an avid dancer before she began studying full time, training in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and hip hop for 14 years.
She also was a dance teacher for 5 years, working with students from as young as 3 to 14 years old.
Through her dancing and current studies, Gab is familiar with anatomy and biology and has had her own share of injuries to understand the rehabilitation process.
When Gab has spare time she likes to spend it with her family, go to the movies and go to the beach when she can.
