Sean’s passion for movement began early, playing competitive soccer from the age of six with well-regarded clubs in both Perth and Sydney. He also developed a strong foundation in athletics, particularly long-distance running, where he gained firsthand insight into endurance training principles, load management, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. His involvement across a wide range of sports—including tennis, beach volleyball, bouldering, and rock climbing—has given him a broad appreciation of the physical and mental demands athletes experience.

Outside of sport, Sean’s professional background spans sales, hospitality, and construction.

Currently Andrew as apart of AlignHC is a physiotherapist and part of the medical team for Oceania club of the century South Melbourne FC who play across Australia and now apart of FIFA OFC international Pro League.

Cindy Escobar is a Physiotherapist graduated from CES University in Medellín, Colombia, with a postgraduate diploma in Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

Movement has always been an essential part of her life. She practiced speed skating for 15 years, which shaped her deep understanding of discipline, performance, and the biomechanics of the human body.

Cindy is passionate about the human body, biomechanics, and the science behind movement. She has been practicing for five years, specializing in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and, above all, injury prevention.

Currently he is the head of medical and high performance for South Melbourne FC. Along with the clinics, Chalerm has been the President for Not for Profit Organisation Footscape, that provides health services to the disadvantaged.

Graduated from La Trobe University in 2015 with a Master’s Degree in Podiatric Practice. Rhys had a sound knowledge of assessing, diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal injuries, providing clients with their specific rehabilitation programs to return from injury sooner. 

Rhys takes a holistic approach when treating all his clients and is passionate about achieving the best clinical outcomes, so quality of life can be maintained or improved. 

Rhys is currently our Victorian Regional Manager while also still maintaining his caseload.

Meha Singh

Meha is a podiatrist with a strong focus on lower limb pain, injury management, and performance optimisation within a sports-focused clinical setting. She graduated from AUT School of Podiatry and has since developed experience treating a wide range of patients, from everyday individuals to active populations.
 
Her interest in podiatry was shaped early on through exposure to sports-related injuries within her family, giving her a practical understanding of how lower limb issues can impact performance and quality of life. She takes a structured, evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment, with an emphasis on identifying the root cause of pain and delivering clear, results-driven management plans.

Tony graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2017 with a Bachelor of Podiatry. He enjoys all aspects of podiatry including musculoskeletal injuries, ingrown toenails and general care.

Tony puts an emphasis on identifying the root cause of the issue and developing individualised treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for his patients. Tony has worked across the Sunshine Coast for a private clinic for the last few years.

Tony is currently our Queensland Regional Manager while also still maintaining his caseload.

Currently Chloe as apart of AlignHC is a Exercise Physiologist and part of the medical team for Oceania club of the century South Melbourne FC.

Having personally experienced a variety of injuries, she’s well acquainted with the demands and challenges of returning to high level sport after injury.
